Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £40,000+ (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team. JOB REF: 0543

THE ROLE:
• Manage and assist on a varied caseload, advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, trusts, tax planning, and other private client matters
• Draft, review, and issue a wide range of legal documents, including Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and Settlements
• You will be confident and capable to support the department’s growth through client development and business development initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, with a minimum of 1 years PQE in Private Client law
• Solid knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, estate taxation, and experience managing the full lifecycle of trusts and settlements
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with strong attention to detail
• High-level administrative, organisational, and time-management skills
