My client is a well known regional firm who have a very good reputation for looking after their staff and their clients.

The role will suit somebody with previous tangible experience in a team where you will have taken on responsibility and you enjoy autonomy. You will have upwards of 2 years PQE.

You can expect a mixed caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Court of Protection and capacity issues including deputyship.

The firm are looking for someone motivated to help their team grow and that will mean embracing networking and business development techniques.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
