An established and expanding regional law firm is urgently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its busy Sutton Coldfield office. This is not a standalone role—you will be working alongside a highly organised and experienced Solicitor, on a growing and varied caseload.

The Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor based in Sutton Coldfield, you will:

• Join a busy private client team and work closely with an experienced solicitor.
• Handle an established caseload of matters including wills, probate, trusts, estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Work on both straightforward and complex private client matters
• Be expected to work without supervision, managing your own files efficiently
• Utilise the firm’s case management system effectively to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Be part of a professional, supportive team that values attention to detail and organisation

Requirements:

• A qualified Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
• Proven experience managing a private client caseload independently
• Confident in handling a range of matters: wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and LPAs
• Ideally, experience with more complex and technical matters
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail—essential for working with Amy Willis
• Familiarity with and regular use of case management systems
• This role is not suitable for paralegals
