Private Client Solicitor

Are you a Tayside based Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 3 Years' PQE) looking to further your career at both a leading regional and national team? Then I'd love to hear from you!

I'm working on an opportunity with a firm and team that has its people at the heart of everything it does, with a real emphasis on the building of relationships between colleagues and with clients that will stand the test of time.

This position offers a high-quality caseload of Private Client matters including:

• Advising on wills, powers of attorney and executries
• Providing advice on estate and tax planning, focusing on assisting clients in protecting their assets and minimising tax liabilities
• Creating and administering of trusts, while advising on complex succession and inheritance matters

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Ideally has post-qualified or traineeship experience in Private Client law, however candidates with experience in other areas of Civil law who can demonstrate a true desire to pursue this area of law will be considered
• Are personable, approachable and considerate in their actions, capable of providing clear, sensitive and practical advice to clients in difficult situations
• Have a track-record in or are willing to be involved in business development initiatives
• Are committed to professional development and would like to achieve STEP qualification further down the line
