Private Client Solicitor

Overview

A dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor is required to join a reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in advising clients on a range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and succession planning. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team and provide high -quality legal services to a diverse client base. Duties

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents to meet clients’ individual needs.
  
• Advising clients on probate procedures, estate administration, and succession planning strategies.
  
• Advising on trusts and other legal arrangements to help ensure favourable outcomes for clients.
  
• Managing a caseload of private client matters efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Providing clear legal advice tailored to clients’ personal circumstances and objectives.
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and trust.
  
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and industry developments affecting private client work.
  
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  

Requirements

• 4+ PQE solicitor with relevant experience in private client law.
  
• Demonstrable expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favourable results for clients.
  
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach.
  
• A proactive attitude towards professional development and staying informed about legal updates in the sector.
  
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment.
  
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service with integrity and discretion.
