Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing team in Buckinghamshire.

The Private Client Solicitor's Role

Managing a varied private client caseload with a high level of autonomy
Advising clients on Wills, trusts, estate planning and LPAs
Handling probate and estate administration matters
Advising on tax planning, Court of Protection and elder law matters
Meeting clients and providing tailored, commercially focused advice
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Managing files in accordance with SRA and Lexcel requirements
Developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Supporting business development through presentations, seminars and networking
Keeping up to date with legal developments and contributing to the wider teamThe Private Client Solicitor

Strong experience in private client law
Experience across Wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Strong client care and relationship-building abilities
Able to manage a caseload independently
Commercially aware with an interest in business development
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, ambitious and committed to career development

£70,000 - £80,000 salary
