Private Client Solicitor (3+ years PQE)
Location: Romsey, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (no hybrid or remote working)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Romsey is seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team. The firm prides itself on delivering a high-quality, professional service to clients and is looking for a solicitor dedicated to wills, trusts, and probate who can manage and grow an existing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and Codicils, including complex Wills
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting Deeds of Variation
• Handling probate applications and estate administration
• Managing Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning

Candidate Profile

• A qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 3 years' PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge with attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while contributing positively to the team
• Experience or interest in expanding existing client relationships
• STEP or Lifetime Lawyer accreditation (or working towards) would be advantageous but not essential
• Professional, organised, and able to thrive in a busy, challenging environment
