A top regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills and Inheritance team based in Farnham. This role offers a clear progression path and would be ideal for a solicitor with 2-4+ years' post-qualification experience looking to take the next step in their private client career.

The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a varied caseload of private client matters and contribute to the continued growth of the team. Work will include:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Inheritance Tax Planning
• Handling elderly client matters and estate administration
• Supporting other team members when required
• Actively engaging in business development and networking activities to promote the team and firm

The Candidate
Applicants should have:

• At least 2 years'PQE in private client work
• Strong technical expertise in Wills, estate planning, and tax matters
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A proactive and organised approach to working with minimal supervision
• Strong business development instincts and confidence in networking environments
• A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team growth
