The Role

• Advise a range of high-net-worth individuals, families, and charities on wills, trusts, probate, and succession planning
  
  
• Provide clear, commercially sound advice on personal tax matters including income, capital gains, and inheritance tax
  
  
• Work in tandem with corporate and property teams to deliver strategic trust and tax planning solutions
  
  
• Resolve technical issues in trust law, tax planning, and estate structuring with clarity and precision
  
  
• Contribute to wider firm initiatives, including supporting the professional indemnity team with complex legal input
  
  
• Participate in business development activities such as client seminars, networking, and contributing to tenders and pitches

• A solicitor with foundational experience in private client law including wills, trusts, and probate work

• Detail-oriented and commercially aware, with the confidence to advise high-value clients
  
  
• Flexible and collaborative, willing to work across offices and contribute to the firm’s growth
