Location: New Milton or Salisbury

Primarily office-based role with the possibility of working from home one day per week, depending on business needs

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work within a well-supported, collaborative team with a focus on delivering technical excellence and exceptional client care. It is ideal for a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx/FILEX), Probate Practitioner, or experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in private client work.

Working as part of a collaborative and well-supported team, you will manage your own caseload covering a wide range of matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Court of Protection and Deputyship applications

• Trusts and inheritance tax planning

Requirements:

• Private Client work (2+ years' experience minimum).

• A client-first mindset, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic, and practical advice.

• The initiative to manage matters independently while contributing effectively to a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
