Private Client Solicitor (NQ+)
Location: Richmond
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

I’m currently working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to grow its Private Client offering with the addition of a newly qualified (NQ) or junior solicitor.

The Role: You'll be joining a busy team handling a broad range of high-quality private client matters including:

Wills, trusts & estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Inheritance tax & succession planning
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection applications

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales – Newly Qualified up to 3 years PQE
A seat in Private Client during training or solid post-qualification experience in the area
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
STEP qualification (or willingness to work towards it) desirable but not essential
Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in wealth protection and succession
