Private Client Solicitor or FCILEX - 2 to 5 Years PQE
Full-time hours - Hybrid and Flexible working patterns available
Based in Uttlesford, Essex with Free Parking available

Salary is negotiable depending on your experience level - there is no set scale

We are recruiting for a fantastic firm of solicitors based in Uttlesford, Essex (exact location will be provided to suitable and interested applicants) who are looking for a new Private Client Solicitor or FCILEX Fee Earner to join their well established firm and PC department. If you are looking for an employer who will get to know you and value you as an integral part of the team then this role could be the perfect fit for you. 
 
As Private Client Solicitor or FCILEX Fee Earner your role will include:

• Preparing LPA's and Wills including the provision of IHT advice 
• Dealing with the administration of estates and trusts
• Dealing with Deputyship applications 
• Client care 
• Other related tasks to Private Client work leading to the development and growth of the department 

The successful candidate will have the support of a dedicated secretary. The firm are seeking an ambitious lawyer who is driven, hardworking and is confident in dealing with a full caseload.
