A well-established, family-run law firm based in Salisbury is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner to join their busy office. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and a proven track record of consistently high-quality work and successful billing history. They will be genuine, caring, and attentive to client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing their own caseload with fee-earning work across all areas of private client law, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Guardianship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work
• Supporting the development and growth of the private client department
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
• Maintaining strong client relationships and actively contributing to business development

For the right individual, the position offers potential progression to Head of Department.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner with 3+ years PQE
• Strong technical expertise in private client matters
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and client-focused approach
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in IT
