THE ROLE

A new and exciting role has arisen in a well-established firm for a Private Client Lawyer in Leicestershire with a minimum of three years PQE working in a similar role. This role is suited to a tenacious Lawyer who works well in a team and able to display professionalism and great attention to detail in their work.

The successful Lawyer will be well informed in general Private Client matters undertaking duties to include:

• Estate administration;
• Probate matters;
• Managing trust files;
• Assisting, advising and managing client expectations;
• Delegating work to junior staff;
• Compliance;
• Risk assessments
• File reviews.

The successful lawyer will be able to use their initiative in prioritising their workload showing good multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ solid experience; Previous expertise in supervising junior staff and risk assessment compliance is essential; You must be personable, tenacious and an avid team player; You will be dedicated to providing excellent client care with good organisational skills; You will be IT literate; You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
