Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

Our client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive to join their busy team in their Chichester Office. This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team.

Areas of focus will include:

• Wills drafting
• Probate administration
• Court of Protection / LPA
• Tax planning and advice
• Trust set up and administration

Duties will include:

• Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
• Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work, Trusts and some Contentious Probate Work.
• Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
• Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
• Attending clients in their own environment as required.
• Maintaining good billings records within the team.

Desired skills:

• Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 3-4 years PQE +.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Business development and networking skills.

What they offer:

• Salary depending on experience £42,000 - £45,000.
