• Lead and manage a portfolio of Private Client Tax clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the tax team
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
• Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the strategic direction of the tax department
• Work collaboratively with Partners and Directors across the firm

• Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Proven ability to deliver advisory work to high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development
