With offices across the UK and a strong focus on SME clients, this firm is known for delivering high-quality, personalised tax advice across a wide client base, including HNWIs and owner-managed businesses.

Role Overview: As Personal Tax Partner, you will take ownership of a high-performing advisory team, lead on complex tax planning projects and play a pivotal role in driving growth across the Personal and Private Client Tax service line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a personal tax advisory team, delivering high-level planning for SME clients, business owners and HNWIs
• Manage and expand your own portfolio of clients while supporting firm-wide business development initiatives
• Oversee personal tax compliance and advisory services across your region
• Collaborate with other regional and national Partners on specialist tax projects
• Act as a technical expert, offering guidance and support on complex areas of tax legislation
• Conduct client meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and identify new opportunities for growth
• Coach, mentor and develop the wider tax team to uphold service quality and drive performance

About You:

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience at Director or Partner level within a personal tax, private client or mixed tax role in practice
• Strong UK personal tax technical knowledge (e.g. IHT, CGT, trusts, succession planning)
• Commercially minded, with a track record of developing client relationships and winning new work
• Inspirational leader who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused culture
• Experience advising owner-managed businesses and/or high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable
