Come aboard a fantastic practice that is reimagining accountancy across the UK and Ireland. They're expanding their Tax Advisory offering and seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Senior Manager to lead the growing Private Client Services team. This is a key role where you'll influence client relationships, develop team members, and contribute to their strategic growth while working with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, family offices, and trusts.

Job Title: Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Location: London Office, EC2R

Salary: Up to £90,000!

What You'll Do -

• Client Management - Manage a diverse portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, partnerships, and trusts.
• Technical Excellence - Oversee complex self-assessment tax returns and provide expert advisory services including: Inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax advice, non-domicile and residency planning, succession planning and trust structuring.
• Leadership & Development - Lead and mentor junior team members, providing training and performance feedback.
• Stakeholder Liaison - Work directly with clients, HMRC, and professional advisers.
• Business Growth - Contribute to business development through networking, identifying opportunities, and supporting proposals.
• Technical Leadership - Present as a technical expert across the group, contributing to internal webinars and publications.

What I'm Looking For:

• CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience)
• Demonstrable technical expertise with genuine passion for providing wide-ranging tax advice
• Client-facing experience with strong commerciality and relationship management skills
• Leadership capabilities - proven track record of managing and developing teams
• Self-starter mentality with ownership approach to client projects
• Analytical and report writing skills to deliver clear client advice
