Private Client Tax Senior - Top 10 Firm

Butler Rose is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Top 10 accountancy practice, who are looking to expand their Private Client Tax team with the addition of twoPrivate Client Tax Seniors at their Beaconsfield office. With a strong reputation in the SME and OMB market, and a highly collegiate, low-turnover team culture, this is a brilliant opportunity to take your tax career to the next level.

This is a key hire for the firm as they continue to grow their advisory offering. The incoming Tax Seniors will play a vital role in managing compliance for a broad client base-freeing up the management team to focus on complex tax planning. You'll be hands-on with clients from the start, and though compliance is the core focus, there's potential for exposure to more complex work such as IHT, trusts, and international tax as you grow in the role.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients including UHNWIs, non-doms, business owners, and international clients
• Acting as the principal point of contact on day-to-day compliance matters
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns and computations
• Keeping clients informed of legislative changes and ensuring full compliance
• Supporting client managers in delivering exceptional service
• Contributing to a risk-managed, efficient tax function

• CTA or ATT qualified, part-qualified or finalist, or QBE with relevant experience
• At least 2.5 years' experience in personal/private client or mixed tax within practice
• Strong technical skills and a client-focused mindset
• Someone local or with a manageable commute to Beaconsfield (this is an office-based role, with some flexibility depending on individual needs)

You'll be joining a well-established and stable private client team made up of 1 partner, 3 managers, and 1 assistant. The wider Beaconsfield office has 6 partners and around 75-80 staff across all service lines, with an inclusive and supportive culture they're genuinely proud of.
