SOLICITOR OR CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE - PRIVATE CLIENT / WILLS AND PROBATE

Nottingham - with hybrid working

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly reputable small law practice, who are part of a larger group, combining a traditional working environment and well-established local presence, with the security, investment in technology and excellent career prospects of a larger, modern, forward-thinking group.

The role will involve

• Dealing with a variety of complex estate administration matters
• Drafting of wills and trusts and LPA's
• Advising clients on all aspects of private client work

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (Solicitor or FCILEx)
• Significant experience, managing a wide-ranging Private Client/Wills and Probate caseload
• A steady work history with longevity of employment

This is a full time permanent job. Hybrid working may be accommodated following an initial onboarding period. Excellent opportunities are available to progress your career to the highest level.
