Private Client Solicitor 3 years PQE Cilex /Filex/ STEP

Hertfordshire County

This is a rare and sought -after position and will suit a recently qualified solicitor in this specialised field with c 3 years Post Qualification Experience.

• Work on transactions of high value and complexity

• Succession Planning

• Wills

• Probate and estate management

• Trusts and lifetime trusts

• LPAs -Lasting Power of Attorney

• Property Transfers

• Estate Planning

• Inheritance tax, mitigation and asset protection advice

• Administration of estates.

• Court protection and deputyship

• Represent high -net -worth individual clients and private companies.
