This is an exciting opportunity for a Private EA to provide high-level support and will require travel at times predominantly to the Middle East.

The client is a self made entrepreneur who now has a diverse range of business interests primarily managing a growing property portfolio.

Description

This role is seeking someone who is looking to be a truly right hand person to support your boss. This is a private EA role but there is a big cross over between the personal side and business side and often they intertwine. The role will be based Monday to Friday in the family home of the entrepreneur in Mayfair. He currently has a property in Dubai and is looking to invest in France and New York.

You will manage the family diary, so book events and experiences for your boss and his wife and research events they may wish to attend. You will work on sourcing properties, arranging any staff that may be needed. You will also attend meetings with your boss as he looks for new business ventures to get involved with. There will be an element of travel in this role and on some occasions it could be last minute so you will need to be able to accommodate this. He is not going to be contacting you out of hours or for last minute travel gratuitously but due to the nature of the job travel may be short notice on occasions. He really wants someone for the long term who is going to grow with him as his business ventures continue to grow as well as get to know the family.

The role would suit someone who is very ambitious and driven, but also actually very down to earth.

Profile

You will have worked as an EA and really be ambitious and want a role that you can stay in for the long term. You will be savvy, able to juggle many different task, be down to earth and above all have a can do attitude. You will be a real problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.

Please note that this role is based in the office of the family home Monday to Friday, but there may at times be last minute travel required and you need to be able to able to accommodate this. There is lots of room to grow in this role as well and so much opportunity to learn from a successful entrepreneur. On the occasions that you do have to travel you will be paid in addition to your standard salary.

Job Offer

£90,000 - £120,000 (depending on the candidate) in addition to this, when you travel you will receive extra payment on top of your standard salary
