Private Equity Associate

Job Description - Private Equity Associate

We are supporting a specialist investment platform focused on the healthcare sector in the hire of a Senior Associate to join its growing team in London.

This is a hands-on role suited to an individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing across the full investment life-cycle while bringing genuine sector insight.

The Role

  • Lead and support the evaluation and execution of healthcare-focused investment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on healthcare services
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, commercial analysis, and due diligence processes
  • Take ownership of work-streams and manage processes with limited oversight
  • Contribute to investment committee materials and broader portfolio strategy discussions
  • Engage directly with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives

Your Profile

  • 3-6 years' experience within private equity, or investment banking
  • Strong exposure to the healthcare sector, with a clear bias towards healthcare services
  • Demonstrable ability to run analysis and processes independently
  • Highly developed financial modelling and analytical skill-set
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to form and articulate investment views
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-performance environment

This opportunity offers meaningful responsibility, strong exposure to decision-making, and the chance to work within a highly regarded, sector-focused investment team.
