Job Description - Private Family Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded law firm, based in Gloucestershire, which is looking skilled Family Solicitor to join their Private team. As a Private Family Solicitor, you will be providing direct support to the company’s carefully built client list.

Role: Family Solicitor
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

Key Requirements of the Family Solicitor role:

Manage a full caseload of family law from start to completion.
Deal with exclusively private family law matters. This will include but is not limited to civil partnerships, financial settlement, Divorce, prenuptial agreements.
Assist with business development on behalf of the team.

Required Skills:

3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Family Law.
Strong knowledge of family law practices and procedures.
Have a compassionate approach to clients, and the capability to navigate emotionally charged situations while maintaining objectivity and providing sound legal counsel.
