Private Family Solicitor

Kenilworth

up to £50,000 depending on experience

We are working with a well-established, multi-office law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy practice in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. 

The role will involve:

Providing advice to clients 
Managing a caseload of private family matters including divorce/separation, cohabitation agreements/disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements,  private law children matters and domestic violence
Conducting advocacy
Taking part in business development/networking activities
Working closely with the Head of FamilySuitable candidates will have

Fully qualified status
Experience of running a private family caseload
Experience of conducting advocacy
Commercial awareness
A desire to progress your career
Excellent IT skills
Experience of submitting online divorce applications
Experience of using a legal case management systemThis is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). Reduced hours will also be considered.
