Private Family Solicitor - Hybrid work with high net worth clients

I am working on an incredibly exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join the highly regarded Private Family department of a Legal 500 firm.
My client are looking for a hard working and driven individual to take on a varied caseload of Private Family matters, and to focus on their own development by working alongside and learning from Senior Solicitors and Experienced Partners.

This is an opportunity focussed on growth and development at one of the highest rated firms in the Shropshire region. The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:

• Divorce
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Financial disputes and remedies
• Cohabitation disputes / agreements
• Child arrangements / disputes / abduction
• Non-Molestation / occupation orders

A willingness to network and actively engage in business development activities is crucial, as is the ability to deal with clients from various backgrounds that will often be going through highly difficult and emotional times in an effective manner.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
