The Opportunity

This is a consultative sales role where you’ll be speaking to customers who have already expressed interest, all leads are provided, with no cold calling required.

You’ll guide customers through their options, recommend suitable Private Medical Insurance products, and earn strong commission for every successful outcome.

With full training and ongoing support, the role is ideal for someone who wants to maximise their earnings while developing specialist knowledge in a premium insurance market.

What the Role Looks Like

· Speaking with customers who have requested insurance quotes

· Establishing customer needs through detailed, consultative fact-finding

· Recommending suitable Private Medical Insurance products

· Explaining options clearly and confidently

· Managing a pipeline of warm opportunities

· Working towards achievable but rewarding sales targets

We’re looking for individuals who are:

· Experienced in phone based, target driven sales

· Excellent communicators, professional with strong integrity

· Resilient and self-motivated

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

· Confident building rapport and guiding conversations

· Able to learn and apply product knowledge effectively

· Motivated by uncapped earnings and performance incentives
