Job Description - Private PA

Key Details:

Role: Private PA
Location: London
Days in Office: 5 days in the office
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00am (Plus OOO support)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE plus excellent benefits

Company Overview:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant private family as a Private PA. This is a brilliant role for an experienced Private PA looking to find their next home.

Responsibilities:

Family diary and travel management

Managing the family’s social calendar, restaurant bookings and personal appointments

To be able to manage work efficiently and effectively when the family are in different time zones

Organising schedules and extracurricular activities

Coordinating with household staff

Recruitment and management of household staff

Fostering a positive and coherent administrative and household team environment

Sourcing and dealing with contractors and suppliers

Organising and managing events

Personal shopping and gift purchasing

Skills and Experience:

Flexible to work outside of normal working hours

Minimum of 5 years Private PA experience required

Fluent in English - Russian additionally preferred

Excellent organisational skills required

High level of attention to detail

Proactive and forward-thinking
