Location: Belgravia, London (with remote flexibility depending on Principal’s schedule)

Tiger private is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Private PA to support a HNW individual with a dynamic, international lifestyle.

The Principal and her partner divide their time between London, the US, the Middle East, and Europe, and require a confident assistant to ensure seamless personal and household operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements, including multi-leg itineraries and accommodation.
• Oversee wardrobe planning, personal shopping, and packing for all trips.
• Develop and maintain detailed travel and event itineraries.
• Coordinate meetings, host high-profile guests, and ensure seamless hospitality.
• Oversee household staff at the Belgravia residence, including housekeeper, butler, chef, and driver.
• Establish and maintain household manuals and operational structures to be mirrored across international properties.
• Monitor properties in the principals’ absence, arranging maintenance and security checks.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and urgent requests, including after-hours support.

About You:

• Experience supporting UHNWI or in a comparable high-level PA/EA role.
• Based in or near Belgravia
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean UK driving licence
