Job Description - Private PA, Russian speaking

Tiger Private is looking for a Russian Speaking Private PA for a UHNW client, to manage personal, household, and administrative tasks with precision and discretion. This is a hands-on, in-person role, requiring initiative, adaptability, and a polished approach to high-level private support.

Key Responsibilities:

Grocery shopping based on nutritionist’s guidance
Oversee laundry, dry cleaning, wardrobe care, and household inventory
Coordinate cleaning staff, contractors, and interior designers
Manage household updates and repairs
Supervise renovations and ensure work meets design standards
Manage relationships with contractors, designers, and service providers
Order goods and services
Coordinate couriers and oversee the safe delivery of documents and parcels
Book restaurants, spas, events, appointments
Manage calendars, transportation, and urgent personal tasks
Submit documents to HMRC, DVLA, Home Office, and tax offices
Maintain personal archives and filing systems
Liaise with lawyers and service providers
Manage bill payments and notarizations
Arrange visas, transfers, luggage, and accommodation
Source and purchase gifts, ad-hoc as required
Handle diverse and fast-changing requests

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to HNW individuals, a family office, or luxury concierge setting
Fluent in Russian and English
Proactive and self-driven with exceptional task and time management
High attention to detail, organized documentation, and quick access to information
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
Calm under pressure, able to adapt to last-minute changes and flexible working hours

Location: London, UK
Schedule: Likely working weekends, with 2 weekdays off or a flexible schedule by agreement
Salary: £50k-£60K DOE
