We’re growing fast, demand is increasing, and we’re looking for a confident, ambitious Solar Sales Consultant to join our team.

⚡ The Opportunity

Forget endless cold calling.

You’ll be working with warm inbound leads from customers already interested in renewable energy solutions.

Your role will be to understand what they need, recommend the right Solar PV and Battery Storage solution, prepare competitive quotations and guide them through the journey from enquiry to installation.

This is an office-based sales role where your earning potential is directly linked to your performance.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing warm inbound leads from online enquiries and existing customers

* Speaking with homeowners and understanding their energy needs

* Recommending tailored Solar PV and Battery Storage solutions

* Preparing accurate and competitive quotations

* Following up opportunities and confidently closing sales

* Working towards individual and monthly sales targets

* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

* Delivering a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to installation

* Working closely with our design, technical and operations teams

* Keeping your product knowledge sharp through ongoing training

👀 What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is confident, motivated and hungry to succeed.

You’ll need:

* Previous experience within the renewables or energy sector

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* A confident and professional telephone manner

* A natural ability to build trust and close sales

* A self-motivated, organised and target-driven approach

⭐ Even Better If You Have:

* Solar PV or Battery Storage sales experience

* Solar design experience

* Knowledge of domestic renewable energy systems

💰 What’s In It For You?

We believe great performance should be rewarded.

£28,000–£35,000 basic salary, depending on experience

Uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn

Warm leads provided

Monday–Friday working hours

Early finish on Fridays
