A highly regarded UK law firm is looking to appoint a Private Wealth Paralegal to join its prestigious team based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in private client law to work with high-net-worth (HNW) clients on complex and often high-value matters.

The firm boasts one of the largest and most dynamic Private Wealth teams outside of London. Their client base includes HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners & landowners. The team offers end-to-end support on Wills, estate administration, trusts, succession planning, tax mitigation, and complex probate matters.

Role Overview

This role is positioned within the non-contentious side of the Private Wealth practice and will involve:

• Supporting solicitors and partners with their fee-earning work
• Drafting legal documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Handling estate administration (probate) and drafting accounts
• Creating and administering trusts
• Liaising with clients and providing exceptional service
• General legal admin and case support

The successful candidate will also have opportunities to be involved in client meetings, business development initiatives, and the broader strategic goals of the department.

Key Requirements

• At least 12-18 months’ experience working in a private client legal environment
• Experience advising HNW clients
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client care abilities
• Ambition to grow and potentially progress toward qualification
