Private Wealth Partner / HOD Boutique Firm

My client is a well-established boutique law firm with strength in real estate, corporate/commercial, matrimonial and litigation. They are not currently fully supportingtheir private individual and entrepreneur client base for wills, probate, tax and trusts workand are keen to hire an experienced partner who can lead and develop this function.

There is an associate in situ who is handling some wills work and who could support a partner – that individual is currently kept busy mostly with property work and the firm are not marketing their capabilities on the private wealth side. This is missed opportunity considering their client base and reputation.

The managing partner feels that there could be an excellent opportunity for someone to join the firm and extract work from their existing client base as well as building on their own network, so while some degree of following will be required (depending on compensation expectations etc), there is plenty to go after.

The environment is excellent – very down to earth, modern, stable, and driven without being aggressive. There are internal progression opportunities andmanagement has a clear vision for the firm.
