We are looking for a talented legal secretary ready to take on a new challenge within our Private Wealth Client Team. The Role
• Producing letters, emails, and correspondence as requested
• Filing documents both electronically and physically, in line with GDPR regulations
• Preparing legal bundles
• Supporting fee earners with the file-opening process
• General administration, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
• Managing all correspondence from the inbox, ensuring everything is forwarded or replied to promptly and appropriately.
• Completing all financial matters, including billing, and addressing any related queries
• Collaborating with other secretarial staff to share tasks and ensure all deadlines are met.
Key Skills/Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Pro
• Strong organisational skills
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Experience in financial services preferable
• Previous administrative/PA experience preferable.
