Proactive HR Manager within the Educational Sector- upto 60k

An esteemed Educational Institution are seeking an experienced HR Manager in North London.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM continous throughout the year.The position includes the convenience of on-site parking and an immediate start date.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive HR operations across our school, reporting directly to the Director of People.Your responsibilities will oversee employee relations, payroll and benefits managing additional strategic HR projects and optimising HR systems for efficiency.The ideal candidate will possess extensive generalist HR experience, preferably within the education sector, a strong understanding of UK employment law, and proficiency in HR systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to commute to North London five days a week.
