We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Process Engineer join on automotive manufacturer on a 3 month contract basis.

Injection Moulding Process Engineer
Job Description

Lead NPI activities for injection moulding, including tooling trials, transfers, validation, and implementation of new products into production.
Manage injection mould tooling and process engineering, evaluating tool performance, supporting manufacturing transfers, and optimising moulding processes.
Continuous improvement - by reducing scrap, conducting validation trials, optimising production processes, and supporting the transfer and implementation of new manufacturing projects.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Strong knowledge of injection moulding machinery, tooling, materials, and processing techniques.
Understanding of tooling performance and process capability.
