Are you a Process Engineer from a manufacturing background looking to join a long-standing and continuously growing company, who will invest into your development allowing a clear pathway into a Team Leader role within the first 3 years?

Are you looking for continuous on-the-job training to further your career, along with external courses such as a funded Masters Degree?

In this role you will be driving process improvement in a busy manufacturing environment, through PFMEA and Six Sigma for example. This will include improving the quality, cost-efficiency and safety within production, along with liaising with cross functional teams in the business.

The Role:

• Driving process improvement within manufacturing
• Improving cost-efficiency, safety, and quality
• Using PFMEA and Six Sigma
• Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, finish at 12:30pm on Friday
