Are you a Process Engineer from a manufacturing background with experience of New Product Introduction looking to make a difference in an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to develop the products of a UK leading manufacturer?

Do you have experience managing Bills of Materials and are looking to play a key role in optimising manufacturing processes in a key supplier to its market?

This role would suit an experienced Process Engineer who will help develop new products, optimise manufacturing processes and ensure seamless product launches.

The role:

• Lead and support New Product Introduction projects by collaborating with technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop efficient and scalable production processes
• Develop, document, and implement process workflows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing products
• Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and production requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to process or BOM discrepancies

The Person:

• Experience in Engineering and manufacturing
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related process improvement methodologies
