We’re seeking a Process Improvement Professional to join our Bury site - a key player in driving operational excellence and innovation across production, quality, and engineering. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the QA & PI Manager, supporting the profitable development of textile operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise yield, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Deliver capital projects, process upgrades, and new product integration.
• Champion safety, environmental compliance, and world-class manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to hit KPIs and drive measurable performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in a technical process improvement role, ideally in manufacturing.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge of textile processes a plus (not essential).
• IT literacy (MS Office, CAD), a keen eye for quality, and commercial awareness.
• Full driving licence - with some UK and international travel expected.
