Process Operator - Night Shift

Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and expanding business based in Witham in their search for a Process Operator.

The purpose of the Process Operator role is to operate machinery safely and efficiently within the processing and manufacturing environment, ensuring the client's products are produced to the required quality and production standards.

Duties include:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently to process and manufacture products in line with production requirements.
Follow all quality systems, procedures and processes to ensure products meet the required standards.
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices at all times.
Achieve agreed production output and productivity targets for the process.
Monitor the process and equipment, reporting any issues or abnormalities promptly.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and overall production performance.

Key skills required:

Experience in manufacturing environment.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Exceptional work ethic.
Physically fit as the job requires manual work, occasional heavy lifting and lengthy time standing

Shifts available:

Monday - Friday 6pm - 3.30am
Monday - Thursday 7.30pm - 5am & Friday 6pm - 3.30am
