Behind every great customer experience are the processes that keep a business running smoothly.
We're looking for a Process Owner to join our Commercial & Digital team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving some of our most important end-to-end business processes, working at the heart of a complex and fast-moving retail environment.
Acting as the link between our retained teams and Accenture Managed Services, you'll help ensure our processes are effective, efficient and aligned to business priorities. From driving continuous improvement and resolving operational challenges to supporting major change programmes, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we work today and help shape how we work in the future.
What you'll do
You'll take ownership of key Commercial & Digital processes, helping to ensure they continue to deliver against business objectives whilst identifying opportunities to make them even better.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and our Accenture Managed Services teams, you'll coordinate issue resolution, support process improvements, and help embed new ways of working into day-to-day operations.
You'll play an important role in supporting change initiatives, ensuring enhancements are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual activity and that colleagues have the processes, documentation and support they need to operate effectively.
Using performance data and insight, you'll help monitor process effectiveness, identify future risks and opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of our Commercial & Digital operations.
You'll also build strong relationships across multiple teams, creating effective feedback loops and ensuring everyone remains aligned as processes evolve and improve.
Who you are
You're someone who enjoys understanding how things work and finding ways to make them better.
Commercially aware and naturally curious, you're comfortable navigating complex processes and bringing people together to solve problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams and functions.
Highly organised and proactive, you're able to balance multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail. You're equally comfortable analysing information, challenging existing ways of working and supporting the successful delivery of change.
Most importantly, you're motivated by making a tangible impact, driving continuous improvement and helping teams work more effectively together.
Essential Criteria
Curious, pragmatic and proactive approach to driving positive change
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of teams whilst playing a key role in improving how the business operates. If you enjoy driving change, influencing stakeholders and making processes simpler, smarter and more effective, we'd love to hear from you.
