* Supporting the scale-up of products from development kitchen to full production.

* Producing detailed trial documentation, process instructions and technical reports.

* Gathering and analysing trial data to establish effective manufacturing parameters.

* Working closely with NPD, Production, Technical and Engineering teams throughout the launch process.

* Ensuring food safety, quality, legality, HACCP and customer requirements are considered during all trials and launches.

* Supporting the introduction and commissioning of new equipment and manufacturing processes.

* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and product quality.

* Contributing to value engineering and CI projects.

* Liaising with equipment suppliers, external manufacturing partners and other key stakeholders.

* Completing post-launch reviews and resolving any process-related issues.

* Exploring new manufacturing technologies that could support future product innovation.

* Occasional travel to another UK manufacturing site may be required.

About You

To be considered for this position, you should have:

* Previous experience within a process, NPD, technical or quality-focused role in food manufacturing.

* Experience supporting factory trials, product scale-up or commercial launches.

* A good understanding of fast-paced food manufacturing processes.

* Knowledge of food safety, quality and HACCP principles.

* A degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or another relevant subject.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to your work.

* The confidence to communicate and build relationships across different departments.

* The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

* Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

* A Level 3 HACCP qualification would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business where you will have genuine involvement in new product launches, process improvement and manufacturing innovation
