Are you an experienced Proclaim Developer looking to take the next step in your career? A forward-thinking, technology-driven legal firm based in the heart of Manchester - is on the lookout for a proactive and innovative developer to join their in-house IT team. Once you are up and running (With the team, projects and the internal systems) it will be a hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days from home)

As a Proclaim Developer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, developing, and enhancing the firm's Proclaim case management system to support business growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments, contributing to a range of exciting projects while helping to shape the digital future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain workflows, screens, and processes within Proclaim
• Create and amend reports and document templates
• Integrate Proclaim with third-party systems and APIs
• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues
• Work on automation to improve internal efficiencies
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to gather and deliver business requirements

Key Skills the Proclaim Developer will have:

• At least 3 years experience as a proclaim developer
• Strong understanding of case management systems.
• Previous legal industry experience
• Good experience of SQL
• Good IT Support experience (Windows, M365, Active Directory, Group Policy)
