Proclaim Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Proclaim Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proclaim development and be confident working with stakeholders to gain a clear roadmap of what is required, designing workflows and templates, ensuring successful testing and release of system changes.

Responsibilities

• Review and overhaul of case workflows and the onboarding process for new clients, applying innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Engage with users through feedback and Q&A sessions to gather insights and foster continuous improvement, enhancing the user experience and system functionality.
• Champion the development and integration of advanced in-house applications with Proclaim, extending its capabilities to address complex legal processing needs, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Integration of AI technology within the Proclaim system, including developing customer-serving AI chatbots designed to capture information efficiently.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, leading to the successful optimization of Proclaim functionalities tailored to diverse legal domains.

My client has multiple offices across Merseyside and Manchester, the role will mainly be based from Liverpool but with flexibility for you to work from other offices as required.

Salary is dependent on experience but a good guide would be £40-50k.
