Proclaim Developer

We have an opportunity for an ambitious, forward-thinking individual to join a growing team to help lead the company to success. We are recruiting for an experienced Proclaim Developer who is looking for a new challenge to play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining the proclaim case management system. You will work closely with the internal teams to understand business requirements, customise workflows and ensure effective implementation of new flows / case types.Key Responsibilities:Create sophisticated workflows from both extensive and minimal specifications - ensure these workflows are efficient, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.Confident in identifying and collaborating with third parties for issue resolution.Deep understanding of best practices in Proclaim, including when and where to create maths, linked actions, or similar functionalities.Proficient in Import and Export functionalities, especially during Go Live phaseKnowledge integrating with 3rd parties using REST & Web Service AdministrationExpertise in creating and managing data templates, including CSVs, XMLs, CDHs, and understanding all data descriptions.Advanced Reports understanding to build various MI reports to track key milestones within the various case types.Competencies:Strong communication skills, capable of seeking help from team members, sharing concerns, and managing expectations.Strong attention to detailAdaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.Excellent time management skills, with a focus on adhering to SLAs and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.Experience with Tables / Table maths within proclaim case types.Benefits:Competitive basic salary22 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBirthday offAdditional day off over Christmas“Personal time” – 8 hours for external appointments across the yearLoyalty SchemeSalary sacrifice to assist with city centre parkingStaff referral BonusEmployee Assistance programme
