Procure to Pay P2P - Automation Specialist

My client is a growing FMCG company. Due to continued growth over the last 3 years they are now upgrading their accounting system to SAP 4/HANA.

As a result they are now looking to hire a Procure to Pay (P2P) - Automation Specialist to join their team and be the go between the SSC and the SAP implementation team.

This is a permanent role, with hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a permanent role and support a growing business through a large scale systems implementation.

This role will be based in Newark.

Procure to Pay (P2P) - Automation Specialist, Newark

• Be the main point of contact for the P2P team
• Provide training and support
• Business partnering - supporting the wider finance team with the transition to the new system
• Participate in testing, walkthroughs, go-live preparation and post go-live support
• Create training material for new starters in different business areas
• Ad-hoc support

This role does not require SAP experience, although advantageous.

The successful candidate MUST have prior experience of using a large automated P2P system.

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and finance processes.
• Understanding of metrics for their Finance Pillar, and ideally exposure to industry best practice.
• Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems, specifically S/4 HANA preferred.

The successful candidate will be paid between £45,000-£56,000 depending on experience.
