We have an exciting opportunity for a career-focused individual to become part of a rapidly growing, well-regarded company in Mid Kent. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in procurement, strong administrative abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

Duties include:

• Collaborate with the buying department to assist in ordering complete site setups
• Raise purchase orders for subcontractors
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring all procurement records are properly filed and organised
• General procurement functions, including Raise purchase orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate order records
• Updating audit forms

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Office based administration experience.
• Previous experience in procurement (Essential)
• Highly organised and capable of managing a number of workflows.
• Excellent IT skills
