Role: Procurement & Category Management Lead

Location: Antwerp - 3 days office (you can be based in Belgium or NL)

Languages: Flemish (Dutch) & English

Salary: Up to €123k + 15% bonus & car

Are you ready to lead strategic procurement for a major European player in the construction/building materials industry? Spanning all categories, this is a high-impact leadership role within a well-established, innovation-driven business known for its strong market presence and collaborative culture. There is a clear growth trajectory, underpinned by significant investment from the private equity owner.

You'll shape the procurement roadmap, drive category performance, implement strategic procurement and lead a talented team, while working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the procurement & category management strategy, including private label and global sourcing
• Deliver cost savings, improve margins, and implement sustainable product initiatives
• Partner with Supply Chain to optimise stock and purchasing flows
• Lead and develop a team of 7 reports
• Oversee reporting, procurement dashboards, and data integrity
• Align local strategy with Group Procurement goals across Europe

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in a procurement/category management role
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills
• Proven track record in B2B environments, ideally building materials or similar
• Comfortable working across corporate and operational levels
• Fluent in Flemish & English
