Procurement & Logistics Officer

Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Procurement Officer!

What will you be doing?
• You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and negotiating prices,
• Organising deliveries to customers, other stores or engineers' addresses,
• Entering and maintaining purchase order details into the system,
• Signing all deliveries from suppliers,
• Keeping a tools record of engineers,
• Maintaining a tidy workshop area,
• Keeping a stock of main parts within the building.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.

What you'll need:
• A couple of years' experience in a purchasing role, preferably within an engineering company,
• Good negotiation skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Good organisation skills.
