Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships that keep our projects running efficiently and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets

* Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors

* Ensure materials and services are procured at competitive rates without compromising quality

* Manage supplier relationships, resolving any issues around delivery, quality, or cost

* Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks

* Work closely with project managers, site teams, and finance to align procurement with project needs

* Ensure compliance with health & safety, sustainability, and company procurement policies

* Maintain accurate procurement records, budgets, and reporting

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the construction industry

* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

* Solid understanding of construction materials, subcontractor management, and project procurement cycles

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* CIPS qualification (desirable but not essential)

* Proficient in procurement/ERP software and Microsoft Excel
